We are pleased to be able to offer our customers Hydrostatic Pressure Testing on new mains pipework, whether on private or commercial/construction sites.
This commissioning technique will be carried out by EUSR accredited engineers, to ensure the test is performed in accordance IGN 4-01-03, in addition to incorporating each UK Water Boards specific requirements, where applicable.
This technique tests the integrity of both the pipework and the joints, and through the use of latest technology, instant data reporting is possible direct from site, whereby the results are then analysed and certificates of compliance can be produced for your records, and importantly for you to hand over to the relevant water authority.
Our process naturally includes swabbing of the pipework to remove dirt and air, vital for a successful pressure test.
We can combine this service where required with Disinfection of the mains water pipework, including the ability to sample the water. Please see “Mains Chlorination” tab for more information.
We can also offer Fusion Welding, Mechanical Flange Jointing, and even specialist Trenchless Installation of your pipework as a complete package where required.
