“I was very impressed with the work undertaken by Chiltern Mains when sorting this water service problem out. They were polite, knowledgeable and resourceful. The work was undertaken over 3 working days and it probably rained the whole time. At times it was torrential. They all kept working throughout. Additionally, they overcame unforeseen problems very efficiently so that the job could be completed before my neighbours went on holiday. They left no mess and their reinstatement was very clean given the weather circumstances. I have worked as an engineer in the utilities sector so I am speaking from first hand experience.”
